A black belt martial arts instructor and co-owner of Muse Coffee Co. Marcos was on a mission to find the therapies that ACTUALLY work.

What began as a tumultuous journey for deep healing became an education into the realms of neuroscience, metaphysics, meditation, breathwork, quantum biology, advanced conversational hypnotherapy etc. Compiling the most effective elements of each modality, Marcos created the Shift Key Method. A method that clears problems, traumas, blockages, beliefs, identities in 1-5 sessions as opposed to years and years of therapy that rarely work.

“I was successful in creating some great career paths but my inner game felt a deep sense of lack, a lack of purpose. There were passions that I put on the back burner for years because I feared judgement, looking dumb and being embarrassed. I grappled with low self worth, a perception of incapability and feeling like I wasn’t enough. I searched for healing all over the internet. I’ve done every healing modality under the sun, moon and stars and all of it worked for some time but I found myself returning to the same stale existance. It wasn’t until I learned that I am not my beliefs, definitions, identities, traumas, patterns. I am not this incapable identity with low self worth. I am much, much bigger and beyond.
